Midoriya, I wanted you to know a couple people from my town showed up today. One of them is a teammate of mine. His name's Hanamura Yosuke, he's here as Susano-o if you run into him or see him on the network. If we pick up Hououji's idea of a response team he'd be a lot of help with it.
But the one I'm worried about is Adachi Tohru. He's a shinki, so he doesn't remember us, but if you meet him please be careful around him.
Yeah, I was thinking about doing that. I'm hoping that nothing happens because of it, but you never know what'll happen in this place.
He was a police detective back in Inaba - my uncle's partner, actually. He was helping with a case that the department was trying to solve, involving two murders, a copycat murder, and numerous kidnappings, and we figured we could trust him. It turned out he was behind the two murders, tried to murder the copycat killer, and was the reason that the kidnapper went after the people that he did.
I'm not sure what'll happen with him here, especially without his memories, and I don't want to start a manhunt against him with the chance he might not actually *do* anything. But I also don't want to risk no one knowing that he has the potential to be dangerous.
That generally means something's up, so we'd just be better off preparing for everything we can think of.

He expressed some remorse after we caught him, but he'd fooled us and my uncle for months, so I'm definitely erring on the side of caution when it comes to him.
But if this is his second chance, and he takes it, then I don't want to take that from him.
